The Millhouse Hotel Swallowfield Wedding Photography

The Millhouse Hotel in Swallowfield is an old favourite of mine. I have been working there ever since I moved into the area about 12 years ago and photographed wedding ceremonies and receptions many times so I’m very familiar with the venue and it’s layout. Kim and Mark who run the Millhouse Hotel look after you well if you book your big day with them and it’s a delightful place to celebrate. The wedding meal is usually held in the marquee at the end of the garden which lies along the banks of the River Loddon.

If you are getting married at the Millhouse Hotel, the ceremony is usually in the Garden Room (pictures below) which seats around 100 guests. It’s right next door to the bar, which is handy :) You can exit out onto the terrace and gardens from the ceremony to mingle with your guests and enjoy the afternoon.
