Cain Manor Wedding Photography
Cain Manor, near Farnham, is an Elizabethan oak-framed manor house which is dedicated to hosting weddings. It’s relatively small (14 bedrooms) but self contained and a terrific place to hole up for the weekend with your nearest and dearest for an intimate wedding celebration. As far as wedding photography at Cain Manor goes, I love working there. There are lots of photogenic corners to the building and the grounds. As with most of the choices you will make when organising your wedding, it’s recommended that you look at as many as possible and try and get along to your chosen wedding venue on a Saturday morning when they will be setting up for a wedding in the afternoon.

The banqueting hall, a huge room at the centre of the house is the location for the ceremony. I particularly like shooting there as it’s very spacious and I can photograph the wedding without getting in the way. It has a small minstrels gallery which is great for getting a wide image of the whole room

Most of the time I shoot at Cain Manor it seems to be winter and it’s a lovely cosy place with an open fire in the main lounge. It has nice gardens too which are a lovely place to mingle and chat with your friends and family. The front of the building is impressive as well and a I love to photograph out there if there’s enough time on the day.
