Laura and Alistair tied the knot today at St. Mary’s in Streatley. A couple of months ago we had shot their engagement session in and around the church and hotel and it was a pleasure to return today to photograph the wedding. Laura and Al were great, the rain surprisingly held off and although it was a bit breezy, a good time was had by all. Without further ado, a few favourites from the day.
Some images from the morning.

Al, a single man. For the next 20 minutes anyway.

I love this shot through the church door (L). It’s the churchwardens hand on the door that makes it for me (but then I am strange like that).
Now they are married (R) Laura gives Al a quick briefing on “How it’s going to be” from now on :)

A wedding guest loses interest in the ceremony.

Wind + Veil = :)

Holly.

Negotiating the puddles (L) and some world class bridesmaiding on arrival (R).

The brand new Mr. and Mrs.

I had a fashion photographer moment in the hotel corridor. Doesn’t Laura make a great model?

A couple of reception shots to finish.

Drop me a line if you would like to see the complete gallery (it’ll be uploaded on Al and Laura’s return).
Have a brilliant time in South Africa and Mauritius L & A and thanks again.
